Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email, password), the EPK content you choose to publish, billing details handled by Stripe, and anonymous counts of views, scans, plays and downloads.

What we never do

We don't sell data, run ads, or track your fans across the web. Your account email is never shown on your EPK.

Analytics without tracking

We record that a page was viewed or a code was scanned, with a visitor fingerprint that resets daily. We don't store IP addresses or browser details.

Who processes data

Stripe processes payments. Our host stores the service. Video and music embeds load from their providers only after a viewer taps play.

Your rights

Export everything from your dashboard, or delete your account and all its data. Questions: hello@westreaming.com.
